Our Baron & Chestney discount real estate brokers are looking for the silliest excuse that one of our 6% realtor commission competitors will use with potential clients as to WHY they will not or cannot discount their real estate commissions.  Realtors will say the funniest and strangest things to home buyers and home sellers sometimes -- especially when trying to defend or justify their exhorbitant realtor commissions! So, the next time that you hear something with regards to real estate commission rates from a real estate agent or a real estate broker that just sounds ridiculous, Contact B & C.  Our Baron & Chestney Real Estate discount real estate brokers would just love to hear the preposterous excuses that our desperate 6% real estate commission competitors are giving to home buyers and home sellers in a desperate attempt to justify their outrageous realty commissions! Baron & Chestney Real Estate will post the most ridiculous ones on our website, and we will vote for one monthly winner. All contest entries must contain the full name and office location of the offending realtor, for verification purposes. Special bonus points will be awarded in the judging process to any entry that includes written advertising materials-- real estate company brochures, realtor print ads, or even realty website content, that specifically mentions the silly excuse for not discounting a 6% realtor commission in writing. The prize? Baron & Chestney Real Estate's discount rea lestate brokers will make a $50 charitable donation, in the winner's name, to the charity of the winner's choice, as well as a $50 gift certificate to the local hardware store of the winner's choice. We all win! (Except for 6% commission realtors, that is!)
